A man charged with one count of manslaughter appeared at the Suva High Court this morning.

Netani Takelo sought residential change asking Judge Justice Vincent Perera to allow him to visit his home in Nadonumai, Lami in the weekends, where the alleged incident had occurred earlier this year.

The Prosecution asked for some time to make a decision on the bail variation application.

Takelo has pleaded guilty to the charge against him.

The matter has been adjourned to 17th January 2017 for mention.
