A 26-year-old Delivery boy of Nabua in Suva has been charged with one count of assault after he allegedly punched a lawyer.

The incident occurred on the 23rd of last month in a car-park in Nabua where it is alleged the lawyer was having lunch with his friends in a Mall when the altercation occurred.

The man is in custody and is expected to appear in the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.
