The man who was admitted at the CWM Hospital since last Friday has been identified.

Police had earlier said that the man was drunk and had visible head injuries when he was dropped by a taxi driver at the Makoi Health Center.

He was later transferred to the CWM hospital and is still under observation.

Chief of Intelligence and Investigation, ACP Vakacegu Toduadua says the man was identified by his wife and is currently responding to medication with a status of recovery.
