A man has been acquitted of one count of careless driving charge by Magistrate Waleen George.

The court heard that Inemul Haque also known as Bobby drove a motor vehicle on Victoria Parade in Suva in January, 2014 without due care and attention.

The Court heard that the car that Bobby was driving collided with another car.

When analysing the case Magistrate George said the Prosecution did not adduce any evidence to suggest that the accused was driving without due care and attention.
