The Suva Magistrates Court has denied bail for the Asian woman who has been charged by FICAC for alleged bribery.

Bail was denied due to her illegal status in the country.

Lin Gao appeared in Court last Friday and was remanded in custody after FICAC counsel informed the Magistrate that she has an illegal status in the country as her work permit expired in 2015.
