LTA implements new online customer service system

As part of its ongoing customer service improvement program, LTA is implementing a new software that will enable customers to access LTA services from the comfort of their own homes or offices.
Transport Minister Parveen Bala says the new system will offer full automation customer services – and LTA will do away with the current system which is outdated and time consuming.
LTA is aware of the inconvenience created to customers when waiting behind long lines or long queues to pay their fines or conduct vehicle search or line up to renew their drivers license. All of the above can now be easily done online using the LTA soft system.
The LTA soft system is currently being tested and fine tuned in accordance to its specification and expectation to be launched soon.
