LTA focuses on customer service

The Land Transport Authority is working hard to win the trust of it’s customers.

Opening a new LTA office in Labasa, Local Government Minister Parveen Bala says with the restructure of LTA, the priority now is to be customer focused, customer oriented and customer friendly.

Bala says the LTA is refocusing it’s operations to improve it’s customer service and take it to another level.

The New LTA Labasa Office will offer a much bigger customer service area and is expected to serve close to sixty thousand people.
