“These PSV taxi drivers, you are supposed to serve the public and if you have something offensive at the back, in front or on the side that does not portray a good image to the public and some people don’t like it and they have complained to us and we are very strict.”

He says drivers of vehicles with such stickers have been issued traffic infringement notices.

Maharaj adds PSV drivers need to understand that they serve the public and should refrain from doing anything that is unlawful.
