The Sugar Cane Growers Council has warned lorry operators follow all the rules and regulations during cane delivery.

Acting chief executive Sundresh Chetty says should not pose any threat to other motorists.

Chetty says some lorry operators were stopped by the LTA officers because of this.

He says sugarcane sticking out of the lorry tray will not be accepted.
