A lorry boy who appeared in the Suva Magistrates court, pleaded guilty to one count of driving motor vehicle whilst there was present of alcohol in the blood and one count of driving motor vehicle without a driving license.

Paula Waqalutu also admitted in court that he used the vehicle without the owner’s permission.

Magistrate Shageeth Somaratne ordered that the accused to pay a fine of five hundred dollars in default he will spend 50 days behind bars.

He was also disqualified from holding a license for three months.
