High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo has concurred with the assessors and found fifty-six-year-old Timoci Lolohea guilty of murdering his de-facto partner.
Lolohea murdered Elenoa Dicovi on 20th of March, last year at Nasilivata Road in Nadera, Nasinu with two knives.
Dicovi was stabbed twelve times.

Qetaki also asked the Judge to consider the time he went for overseas missions while in the military which shows his service for the country and that he cooperated with police during his caution interview and was always upfront.
Meanwhile, Prosecution lawyer, Siteri Navia said they sought a mandatory life imprisonment with a minimum term of 30 years’ to reflect the severity of the case.
Justice Temo said he will not go their way as they did not have the authority to back it up.
Lolohea will be sentenced tomorrow.
