Fifty-six-year-old Timoci Lolohea – charged with one count of murder and one count of criminal trespass has been further remanded.
Lolohea allegedly murdered his defacto-partner, twenty-three-year-old Elenoa Dicovi at Nasilivata Road in Nadera in March.
The State filed additional disclosures that included a photographic booklet and the post mortem report.
The Defence made a submission that his client has offered to pay thirty thousand dollars for bail.
Judge Salesi Temo says it’s highly unlikely that Lolohea will be granted bail.
It’s also alleged that Lolohea entered the compound of one Zulfikar Begg with intent to commit an offense, on the day of the offence.
He showed up at Begg’s house where the deceased was working and allegedly stabbed her multiple times.
Lolohea’s bail ruling will be heard on the 28th August.
