A man wanted for the alleged rape of a six year old girl in Lautoka has been arrested.

A team of officers apprehended the 31 year old suspect on Saturday afternoon at Naroro settlement in Nadroga.

He is currently in custody at the Lautoka Police Station.

Meanwhile Police are continuing to request for information that could assist in identifying the suspect wanted for the alleged rape of a 7 year old also in Lautoka.
