A large crowd has gathered to pay their respects in a special prayer for the victims and families of the Christchurch massacre.

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama who is also part of the vigil is expected to address the members of the Diplomatic Corps alongside, ministers, other members of the parliament, senior government officials and members of other faith-based organizations.

The inter-faith prayer is being held at the Makoi Women’s Vocational Centre and is open to the general public.

Fijians of all faiths have arrived to pay their respects and support the families of the victims.
