The iTaukei Lands Trust Board has appointed Tevita Kuruvakadua as its new general manager.

He succeeds Alipate Qetaki whose contract ended this week after six and a half years in office.

Kuruvakadua previously held the post of Deputy General Manager Corporate Services.

His appointment came into effect yesterday.

Kuruvakadua is also the Chairman of the Fiji Ports Corporation Limited and director of the Reserve Bank of Fiji (RBF), Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) and Telecom Fiji Limited (TFL).
