No plea was taken from the two, only disclosures were served by the Prosecution.

Dutt and Kunal complained of injuries they alleged were inflicted on them during their recapture and asked the Magistrate to order that they be examined by a doctor.

Magistrate Chaitanya refused, saying they should ask the Corrections authority instead.

Dutt was the alleged driver of the getaway vehicle used in the BSP Samabula branch robbery in October.

Dutt and Kunal will re-appear in court on the 17th of this month.

Meanwhile Ritesh Barma also appeared in court.

He has been charged for allegedly harbouring the escapees.
