A 32-year-old farmer of Kadavu appeared in the Nasinu Magistrates Court this morning charged with found in possession of 33.8 grams of drugs.

Kemueli Masikerei, who came from Kadavu, was caught by Police in Suva with the alleged drugs believed to be marijuana.

Masikerei has been remanded until the 4th of next month.

Meanwhile, the Police prosecution office in Nasinu says the farmer is alleged to be also involved in other cases.
