Investors must abide to Fiji’s law: Seruiratu

Foreign Affairs Minister Inia Seruiratu has reiterated that Fiji’s laws and regulations are to be strictly followed by all investors.
Seruiratu commented in light of the proposed Nakasi City project.
The Minister met with the Investors in Seoul, South Korea last week and says they are aware of what is required.
Seruiratu says they are currently doing an Environmental Impact Assessment and will soon move to the project plan that has been drawn up.
The $750 million development stretch over 645 acres of land and will have a high standard of administration, education, and cultural centre and leisure facilities.
Launched in 2017, the project will take shape at the new Sauniwaqa subdivision.
Seruiratu says the investors will be in Fiji from tomorrow.
