Investigation reveals no misconduct by Ashwin Raj

The Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption has completed its investigation into the Director of the Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission, Ashwin Raj.

A search was conducted at the Commission headquarters in Suva last Friday to obtain documents and recorded statements from material witnesses.

FICAC says there was no evidence to support any allegation and the complaint was unmeritorious.

FICAC has commended the cooperation shown by the Commission and the Director during the course of this investigation.
