Renowned international leadership expert Dr John Maxwell and a team of his leadership trainers have arrived in the country to conduct training in Suva.

Dr Maxwell has published over 22 million books and is a globally sought after leadership speaker.

He also founded EQUIP and The John Maxwell Company – organizations that have trained more than 5 million leaders worldwide.

EQUIP is a non-profit organization specializing in the development of effective international Christian leaders in 174 nations worldwide.

It was founded in 1996 and is dedicated to developing servant leaders, who shoulder responsibility, meet challenges with courage and creativity and never relinquish their God-given dreams.

Every year, Dr Maxwell also speaks to Fortune 500 companies, international government leaders, and organizations as diverse as the United States Military Academy at West Point, the National Football League, and the United Nations.

A New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Business Week best-selling author, Maxwell has written three books that have each sold more than one million copies.

The workshop will be held at the World Harvest Centre in Kinoya over the next two days.

Dr Maxwell will also be the chief guest at the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Christian Mission Fellowship College in Tacirua East on Friday.
