The number of passengers on international flights in and out of Fiji in the third quarter of 2017 increased by 3.3 percent over the previous quarter.

This was revealed by Fiji Bureau of Statistics in their Aircraft Statistics for December last year.

International Flights utilized in the third quarter ending in September stood about four out of five of the passenger seats available during that period.

Also a 3.5 per cent increase in the load factor was recorded in 2017 September Quarter compared to the same period in 2016.
