October 28, 2015 7:20 pm

The International Monetary Fund says Fiji’s inflation is expected to be modest.

While commending on Fiji’s growth momentum; the IMF Mission Chief for Fiji, Roberto Guimaraes says inflation will remain low mainly because of low oil prices.

“Inflation should be close to about 2% to 2.5% – certainly below 3% in our projections depending on whether you looking at averages or where inflation would be at the end of the year.”
