The Indian government has reiterated its commitment to assist the country to develop our education sector.
Speaking to FBC News, Indian High Commissioner to Fiji Vishvas Sapkal says India will construct an IT center at the Fiji National University.
Sapkal says the work on the center will commence soon and is expected to be the hub for tele-medicine and tele-education.
“We are soon seeing the center happening and that center will become the hub for establishing telemedicine and tele education services and the best hospitals of India as well as some of the best universities of India they will be connected with just a click of the mouse.”
Meanwhile, Sapkal says they have adopted close to 20 schools which are being renovated now as part of developing the education sector .
