An independent committee will carry out an assessment of the e-ticketing system in the country.

Acting Prime Minister, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the committee will be headed by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission.

During a talanoa session with the Fiji Bus Operators Association, bus drivers, Vodafone and LTA, all the stakeholders have come up with a unified approach to further enhance their respective service deliveries to all Fijians.

Sayed-Khaiyum who was also part of the talanoa session has applauded the stakeholders for their meaningful contributions towards modernizing the bus industry.
