Real Estate Association President Anand Goundar

The Real Estate Association has noticed that there’s an increasing demand for properties.

That is why it is quite crucial for the sellers to have their land undergo valuation.

REA President Anand Goundar says properties sold after its being valued is charged at a reasonable price.

Goundar says more buyers go for properties that ranges from a hundred thousand to four hundred thousand.

“It’s not only make the agents work more difficult but it could be fair to the buyer as well and nowadays everybody is educated and everybody does their research so it’s a challenge for us to sell the land without valuation .I encourage all the members to get valuation”

Goundar is advising members of the association to approach valuers and get their property valued.
