An increase in international trade and new markets opening poses a major threat to our borders.

With this being a major concern, a more integrated approach is needed from various border agencies in order to provide quality surveillance.

“Now more than ever is the time that we should come together and cooperate and work together to achieve the outcome of protecting and providing a secure and prosperous society.”

Watson says engaging relevant agencies to discuss and map a way forward and with the assistance from our international partners will also help eliminate the threat to our borders.
