Hundreds of devotees gathered at My Suva Park with great enthusiasm and happiness today to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi.

Ganesh Chaturthi is an Annual Hindu festival to celebrate the incarnation of Lord Ganesh.

The festival begins with the installation of huge crafted statutes of Ganesh in homes and temples.

After 10 days the statues are paraded through the streets, accompanied by much singing and dancing, and then immersed in seawater.
