Hundreds of people are expected at the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation’s 2DayFM park jam in Suva this afternoon.
2DayFM Assistant Programs Director, Sesalina Cakau says the alcohol-free event is an opportunity for families and friends to spend quality time together.
Cakau says the park jam is a great place for students to wind down after the coke games and welcome the two weeks holiday.
She adds there will be plenty of entertainment and Fijians can expect prizes and giveaways at the event.
“The preparations for the 2DayFM Park Jam has been going great. Well actually the team and I are looking forward to give the public a great and live entertainment, we have two well know bands so this is something that people should look forward to. You don’t have to worry about the food, just bring down your friends and families.”
Cakau says there will also be a lot of police presence to ensure the event is safe for everyone.
The 2Day FM Park Jam begins at 7 tonight at the Suva Foreshore.
