Hibiscus queens visit Suva Corrections Facility

The 13 Vodafone Hibiscus Festival contestants are visiting the Suva Corrections Facility today.

This morning the contestants toured the Art Gallery inspecting the handiwork of inmates.

Fiji Corrections Service spokesperson, Kuini Waqasavou told FBC News, the queens also visited the Women’s Corrections Centre and met with the inmates.

Meanwhile tonight is the first public judging for the queens.

Minister for Women Children and Poverty Alleviation, Rosy Akbar will be chief guest at the event.
