A trough of low pressure remains slow moving over Fiji and it’s expected to affect the country till tomorrow.

A heavy rain warning remains in force for Vanua Levu, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti group and the eastern part and interior of Viti Levu.

Expect periods of rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms.

A heavy rain alert remains in force for the rest of Fiji.

Localized heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas.
