Dr Ifereimi Waqainabete meets with staff at Nadi hospital

Minister for Health and Medical Services Dr Ifereimi Waqainabete has challenged his staff to provide a robust service delivery.

Briefing his staff on some new initiatives that the ministry will embark on, Dr Waqainabete reminded them that quality and efficient healthcare services should be their priority.

He also stresses on the provision of comfortable workstations for staff, so that they can discharge their duties diligently and efficiently.

The Ministry has envisioned a major uplift in the health service provision with more staff positions to be created to increase the doctors and nurses to patient ratio to international accepted levels.
