A 52-year-old head-teacher who allegedly indecently assaulted a thirteen-year-old student in 2016 appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court today.

The alleged incident occurred in a School in Suva where the victim was the head-girl.

The hearing has been adjourned as the defence Counsel was sick today.

Meanwhile, the defence witness has been warned to be present at the hearing after he was issued a bench warrant in the last court sitting for not attending court.

The case will be recalled on the 16th of this month.
