The Housing Authority of Fiji will be having an open day at the end of this week at Tacirua Heights.
Authority Spokesperson – Dwayne Qalovaki says representatives from the banks will be there to assist customers who might be interested.
“This week Friday and Saturday, Housing Authority will be having an open site up at the Tacirua East stage 2 sub-division. The High – end residential lots are now up for sale and Housing Authority alongside the banks as well as and we are hoping to get the architectural designers to assist customers. People can view the lots and speak to their bank officers on how to go about obtaining a loan.”
Qalovaki adds the tender is open to high income families.
“The tender for the lots up at Tacirua is open to those who are interested in owning a high end residential lot at this point. This applies to those high income families, young professional families that are starting out and to all those who are looking at owning a piece of property for investment.”
People interested in the tender process of the residential lots must pay $500 and it will close next Wednesday.
