81 residential lots are now on sale at the recently launched lots in Tacirua East.

Housing Authority Media Liason officer Dwain Qalovaki says this is the first phase of the 1121 lots to be subdivided.

“These 81 residential class B lots make up only 7 percent of the total 1121 lots that will be produced for the subdivision, range from 620 to 1597 square metres per lot and hold 99 year Native leases. The lots are located in a secluded section of the sub-division and have prime, elevated positions with panoramic ocean views and are targeted at middle and high income earners.”

The lots will hold a 99 year residential lease. Expressions of interest close on July 11 2012.
