Generally in government there has been poor decades of tendency that once the government architect has approved a particular project, its given to one out-sourced architect then that company goes out and gets the consultant and that funding rest with that particular company.

Sayed-Khaiyum says that government will also look at utilizing more private sectors organizations to work on government projects and thorough process needs to be followed.

He says one of the good things in using private sectors is that they have direct access to many consultants.
