‘’Therefore there is a need to take advantage of the potential that exists in the cruise sector, and the pacific cruise development strategy will assist in the development of cruise tourism strategies and enable governments, donors and development partners to implement appropriate strategies and policies to encourage further growth in cruise tourism’’.

Shaheen Ali says this workshop will come up with tailor made solutions to develop Cruise Tourism over the next four years.

The workshop will look at issues hindering the growth of cruise tourism and map the way forward.
