Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says his government is on course to make history in terms of economic growth.

While being hosted at the Fiji Day reception in Vancouver, Canada earlier this week, Bainimarama said that in the past two years, the economy has grown dramatically marking eight straight years of economic growth.

Bainimarama says that not only has their game plan for regional engagement led to eight successive years of economic growth, projections indicate that trend will continue and they are on course to make Fijian history by growing Fiji’s economy for ten consecutive years.
