The 45 Fijian soldiers that were captured and released by Al Nusra Front at Golan Heights in August are now in Jerusalem, Israel.
This week, they joined the Fiji Christian delegates at annual Christian festive, the Feast of the Tabernacle.
Contingent Leader Major Savenaca Rabuka says their faith has been a godsend.
“We’re very honored to be here and we thank the Lord firstly we thank the Lord for giving us the opportunity to come and celebrate with you the celebration to the Lord on the Feast of the Tabernacle."
Rabuka says prayers by the families and the people of Fiji kept them alive in the Golan Heights.
