The Fiji Sugar Corporation is not expected to import sugar from overseas for local consumption next year.

Although this year’s sugar production is low the FSC is happy with the results as Tropical Cyclone Winston had damaged many farms in February.

Three loads of sugar is likely to be exported from this crushing season.
