As of 8am yesterday morning 1.3million tonnes of cane has been crushed.
Fiji Sugar Corporation Chief Executive Graham Clark says the Labasa Mill has crushed 523, 379 tonnes of cane, Lautoka Mill has crushed 464, 507 tonnes and 331, 598 tonnes of cane was crushed by the Rarawai mill this season.
Clark says FSC will use a detailed tracking system to monitor the daily harvesting in each sector.
He says this indicates that Labasa Mill is yet to crush 124, 421 tonnes, Lautoka Mill 91, 638 tonnes and Rarawai Mill 170, 552 tonnes.
Clark says FSC plans to crush all cane by mid-December with a total of 35 crushing days remaining, excluding public holidays.
