More than 200 Fijians will get employment opportunities upon completion of the ‘WG Friendship Plaza’ situated on McGregor Road in Suva.
The China-based WG International Real Estate Company Fiji Limited has so far invested over sixty-four million dollars into the project.
WG International Real Estate Company’s Project vice General Manager William Wu says work on the project is being done in three phases whereby the first phase is expected to be completed later this year.
“In first phase the building main stream structure will be done by the end of this year, grass will be installed in the second phase and the last phase we will install all the furniture and do the inside stuff.”
Wu says the building has been designed by a Chinese architect.
Meanwhile, he says the plaza will have high class multiple functions such as five star hotel luxurious apartments office conference room and warm water swimming pool.
