The Fiji Roads Authority is advising the general public and motorists that a section of road will be closed in Suva today and tomorrow.

The temporary road closure will be in place for the ceremonial funeral procession of the late Colonel Paul Manueli.

Effective from 1pm to 2pm today, Amy Street from the MIOT Hospital to Brown Street roundabout will be closed.

Tomorrow, Town Hall Road, Scott Street, Rodwell Road and Foster Road will be closed from 11am to 2pm.

Following this, Foster Road and Queens Road on Friday will be closed off from 2pm to 2.30pm.

Motorists are requested to use alternative routes during this period of temporary closure.
