Four classrooms were destroyed in a fire at the Ami Chandra Memorial School in Lautoka last night.

The classrooms are believed to have been recently rehabilitated following damages caused during Cyclone Winston.

NFA has confirmed fire-fighters that attended to the scene was able to save the remainder of the building from being destroyed.

Investigation continues to ascertain the cause of the fire.
