A twenty-seven-year-old former Air Terminal Services employee who is charged with one count of indecent assault appeared at the Nadi Magistrates Court this afternoon.

Divikesh Reddy, a former porter at ATS allegedly touched the breast of a nineteen-year-old female security officer on November 8th, last year.

It is alleged Reddy and the victim were working together at the Nadi International Airport’s international departures baggage make-up area when the incident took place.

Reddy has been released on $500 bail with a surety.

His charges were read and the plea has been deferred.

The matter will be called next Friday.
