The Foreign Affairs Ministry will this year focus on improve service delivery.
Minister Ratu Inoke Kubuabola highlighted this during the launch of the Annual Corporate Plan.
Ratu Inoke says the pursuit of excellence should not just be an eight to five occupation, but a lifestyle.
The Minister says Fiji’s impressive growth in the last few years underline the importance of overseas missions.
“On top of this the foreign policy statements and the ministries strategic plan to the 2016-2020 will provide the necessary guidance for the Ministry. The ministries annual corporate plan reflects the fundamental principles of these guiding documents. Our envoys are the cognizant of the governments green growth framework and trade policy framework.”
Ratu Inoke is looking forward to the launch of the National development plan.
