The FNU campus in Labasa is expected to be completed by the end of next year.

FNU Vice Chancellor Nigel Healey says this will cater for students in the Northern Division which will save them the trip to Viti Levu for studies.

“It’s an 18 month build, there are currently in the process, the foundation is in now for the main building and we expect it to go online for the start of the new academic year in 2020.”

He says that FNU currently has a lot of projects running at around $50 million annually.

Healey says that they are also building a new animal hospital and laboratories in Koronivia to support veterinary science program.
