For the first time, the Fiji National Provident Fund’s Retirement Expo was held in Sigatoka last week.
Chief Executive Officer Jaoji Koroi says the Fund was taking a holistic approach in conducting its retirement expos.
Koroi says the three days event allowed Fijians to seek advice on retirement planning, update their FNPF information, inquire as to how they could boost their FNPF saving and be consulted regarding the Village Housing grant assistance.
He says that this expo had a holistic approach where members could access all the services they needed without any time restriction.
He adds they received feedback and emails from people enquiring about pension calculation and the options available to them.
The FNPF retirement expo team will conduct more expo in other parts of the country later this year.
