FNPF scoops ISSA award for reform

The Fiji National Provident Fund has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the International Social Security Association for its Information Communication Technology (ICT) reform.

The entry titled Transforming Super Service via an Integrated Administration System stood out from 29 members in 16 countries in the region.

FNPF Board Chairman, Ajith Kodagoda received the Certificate of Merit during the award ceremony held at the Al Bussan Palace Hotel in Oman.

Kodagoda says the award is a testament of the success of the FNPF reform programme, it;s continuous improvement and its focus on international best practices and service quality.

He acknowledged the unwavering support of government, who provided the political will to back the reforms.

This is the third international merit award received by the Fund since 2012.
