FNPF plans work on hotel projects

The Fiji National Provident Fund is planning to upgrade some its hotels next year.

Chief Executive, Jaoji Koroi says Westin Denarau Island Resort and Sheraton Fiji in Nadi are the two hotels the superannuation fund has identified.

Koroi adds the FNPF will complete the reconstruction of the old Nadi Hotel by the end of next year.

There is a project in Nadi called the old Nadi Hotel which we are now building. Once completed it will be a three storey commercial and retail development.

This project will cost around $23 million.
