FNPF full services resume today

The Fiji National Provident Fund will resume its full services from today after updating its ICT system for a month.

FNPF Assistant General Manager –Member Service Alipate Waqairawai has thanked the public for their support when the ICT platform was undergoing changes for the funds to comply under the new FNPF decree 2011.

“During this phase of limited services, this transition phase, they have been cooperating in terms of understanding our request and there have been very limited traffic for those coming as they’ve adhered to our request.”

Members can now access full services including the pension scheme, Housing, unemployment and access to retirement funds.

Waqairawai says all data have been migrated into the new IT platform.

This will be the last reform for the Fiji National Provident Fund which has been undergoing major changes and improvements for the last four years to better manage members’ funds and increase returns.
